Long-term consultant in port studies, ship repossession, marine corporate analysis, new business development. Previously a ship owner, manager, broker and port agent. Started with twenty years at sea including five in command of large ro-ro ships. Also a square-rigger captain.

Has previously established sea products processing businesses, managed fishing fleets and done fish product marketing as well as crew training. Has had involvement in all sectors of the fishing industry, starting on the boats.
