Lead repossession expert, Derek Williams, was the senior superintendent for the repossession of the Premier Cruise fleet in the year 2000. He took possession of the ships, shifted them as necessary to favourable jurisdictions, attended to the crew pay-offs (handling several million dollars cash in the process) then supervised the lay-up procedures and skeleton crew shipkeepers. This sometimes delicate and diplomatically sensitive process was handled successfully, to the great benefit of the clients.
